Master Min-Seok Kang is a christian and served as a Black Beret in the ROKASF (Republic of Korea Army Special Forces) from 1994-1996. He has dedicated his life to serve God and teach Martial Arts in Christian and Ethical doctrine. As a Black Beret in ROKASF he continued to study TKD and KD advanced training, self-defense training and military martial arts.

Master Kang is a Black Belt master in Kum do (4th, UKF-United Kum Do Federation) and Tae Kwon Do (4th, WTF-World Taekwondo Federation, Kukkiwon-Korean National Martial Arts Institute).
