Below are the current schedules for classes at each location. All schedules are subject to change - please contact us for the very latest information

If you are not yet part of the Kang's family and wish to visit and observe a class, please phone ahead to make sure the schedules below have not recently changed.

Monday	4:30 pm-5:15pm Beginners class children White-Yellow Belt All Children TKD Class (4 years to 14 years of age) - Emphasis' on performing with excellence, focus, discipline and respect - Self Defense, Poomsae Forms, Traditional, Olympic style training instruction. 5:30pm - 6:15 Advance Class children -Orange Belt - Black Belt All Children TKD Class (5 years to 14 years of age) - Emphasis' on performing with excellence, focus, discipline and respect - Self Defense, Poomsae Forms, Traditional, Olympic style training instruction. 6:15 pm- 7:00 pm Adult TKD Class - All Belt Colors - strong self-defense techniques with expert instruction. Classes are meant to challenge your mind and body. 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm Black Belt Club - Fast track to the top with instruction directly from the masters!
Tuesday	5:30 - 6:30 Advance Olympic Sparring Yellow Belts with permission from Master Matthews Orange belt - Black Belt Emphasis' on performing with excellence, focus, discipline and respect - Learn Olympic style sparring techniques 6:30 - 7:30 Hanmadang Demo Team 7:30 pm-8:30pm Kum Do Class - with a sword one can practice to improve ones physical ability by practicing various attacks and blocks.
Wednesday	4:30pm-5:15 pm Beginners class children White-Yellow Belt All Children TKD Class (5years to 14 years of age) -Emphasis' on performing with excellence, focus, discipline and respect - Learn Olympic style sparring techniques 5:30 pm - 6:15 Advance Class children -Orange Belt - Black Belt All Children TKD Class (5years to 14 years of age) -Emphasis' on performing with excellence, focus, discipline and respect - Learn Olympic style sparring techniques 6:15pm-7:00pm Adult TKD Class - All Belt colors -Learn Olympic style sparring techniques (No-contact/full contact) Full contact is optional. 7:00 pm-8:00pm SWAT - The course offers Olympic-style sparring and superior demonstration techniques. Students who exhibit extraordinary skills may be selected to join this exciting SWAT course.
Thursday	5:00pm-6:00pm - all belts, all ages Forms Competition/Board Breaking class - Excel in competition and testing, intense coaching - Kukkiwon curriculum standards strictly followed. Prepare for International/National Hanmadang - Colorado August 4, 5 -2012 7:00pm-8:00pm Kum Do Class - Sword Emphasis' on physical and psychological training
Saturday
Sunday	Reserved for private lessons 3:00 to 6:00 pm with Master Lonnie Matthews 1 hour sessions.

*Open class is supervised time to practice at the Do Jang outside of regular class hours. Schedules may change on weeks surrounding public holidays.
